yes I do

I tried starting it today and it wouldnt fire.

Glo plug seems ok and is fairly new.
I checked the tank and plumbing and pressure tested it. Its all ok.
Non return valve...

hmmm, ok, how easy is it to replace the ring and bearings ? I guess the bearing is a push fit, does something need to be heated up to get it on/off ?

I usually find carbon u/cs from carbon copy can be slimmed down a bit with a hack saw without too much loss of strength, and saves another ounce or two.

the zg62 with a carbon prop (22 x 10 mejlik) gives enough power for 3D

dont chose a lighter engine than the zenoah as you will end up adding weight

yes mine too, a superb engine

The only thing I need to do is to keep on top of the tappet adjustment, about once an hour. No big deal as its only a 10 minute job.

It will beat the pants off a Funtana.

Mines just under 8lb with a YS110, the wingloading is actually slightly lower than a typical 140. The Barron lightened his a bit and flew it on a YS63 [8D]
