got the updated gotech 3 port , composite carb reinforced crankcase just a bit nicer the the stocker  more linear power band now , still going strong  nothing buggng me about my madfire , wish exceed...

the exceed madfire buggy is fine i have ad mine a little while now and love it :D i also have a review on this site and a few others just click my name and you can see how i really feel about it :d

also the clutch on the madfire is a tradition 3 shoe race clutch with 1mm springs

im an owner of this exact same car only a .21 r spec version by nanda , same car smaller engine with all the bells and whistles of the 28 version ,anyway its sounds to me as if you got three things...

i have the nitro mad fire and ha vent had any issues with it what so ever , just an fyi  its not made by exceed :P LOL  its nanda racing , but in general ive not really broken anything on my mad fire...

im still loving my gotech 3plus 1 :D r  also love the sport  great engines with decent scoot  and now that sport version are coming with there race carbs im all a blaze :D just got me a new one and...

it is the madfire layout the mad fire is the bd8 i found some shocks and am waiting on them atm the carbon fiber shock towers are sexy :D

ive had mine for a while i have to agree i went from os and  now i have seen the light :D my old os torq 5 port .21  couldn't hold a candle to my gotech 3 port  sport  400 plus engine to a 110 buck...

the madfire is not made by hsp it is made by nanda racing it shares the name bd8 its a darn ood buggy :) the razor aka bazooka are hsp , there ok but a little soft

if it is a sho depending on the price you got it for , its pretty capable at racing fairly durable ,and just as fat as the big dogs , parts support isnt to bad schumacher has parts

sounds like a binding issue , try binding it again or by deleting the model you entered but.. if you didnt change the defualt name of the model that could cause that to

glad to hear you like the bugy i to have a madfire and im racing mine , it is very tough i only broke one thing since owning mine and it was do to hitting a nasket vall goal

id replace it soon mate lipos are nothing to be sneezing at when they  do that ,  its only a matter of time before that battery gos pop and either you or your equipment  gets hurt

energizer green aa nimh top out at 2500 mah to 3k and they will peak at 11.3 and drop to a stable 10.6 volts and holt and drop as you use it from there so its not to bad

receiver can handle 6 volt and i believe 6.6 but 7v or higher and POP so i use a 2 cell lipo with a 7 am bec for my servos :D bluebird servos :d great cheap just make sure you get the new ones i had...

well it started to get warm at 13 but im sure it should be ok many radios say 12 nominal but im sure it can go above also be prepared to mod that case i havent figured out how to take out the battery...
