I've been doing some research over the past couple weeks since the crash and I think I pretty much have everything dialed in properly now. Servos are at 90, swashplate is level, blades are tracking....

No. They are not reversed.  I just didn't take the time to set everything up properly.  I've been spending the past several days dialing everything in.  Next flight should go pretty well.
