I got this problem before, the turbine won't auto cool down itself, I turned off the power source and reconnected after that I moved throttle up half way up and moved back to Idle position then ECU...

Thanks for comment, I just got reply from Dub too length for Jett BSE .35 side exhaust, the length 14.25 in or 36 cm. So header for .32 up to .36 round 3.5 in, I got it. :)
