Lipo Charger Question

Can you wonderful people help me with deciding on a charger to get?

I need a charger recommendation ... something that is is under 100 bucks and can charge a lipo 2s and or 3s some what quickly

Do you know if these castle link program kits will work to update any brushless system? I have an hpi wr8 with everything stock and was curious if it would work on that and future cars.

Here is probably a dumb question, but how do I know if my rustler vxl is in sports mode or training mode? I have a traxxas link 2.4 and a castle side winders SCT under the hood.
