The main and tail rotor blades are compatible with Jabo, Aerohawk, Hummingbird, etc... You may have to enlarge the holes in the main rotor blades if you have the older E_Sky rotor head parts.

I'm pretty sure that almost all of the rotor head parts are incompatible between the Feda and the E_Sky. The servo placement is different. That is one of the major reasons I got rid of my E_Skys.

Make sure your throttle AND throttle trim are all the way down when you plug in the heli battery.

Check the transmitter crystal too. Did you crash very hard ? Maybe consider ordering another bird and use your current one for parts. I'm betting everyone on this board (including myself) has sent...

I don't think the crystal is broken; I just though it may have come loose in the crash. Pull it out and then put it back in to be sure it is "seated" properly.

Just noticed on eBay that there is a guy sell E_Sky (ESky) Honey Bee parts. He has an assortment of parts pictured from the manual; any 3 for $20 + shipping. Just search for esky.
