I rechecked the tail belt, correct tension. The motor is not binding and the gear mesh correct. The gyro is set to heading lock, because i like FFF! Still flyable i just can't turn right very fast....

i've got two 12 volt batteries running together to give me 24 volts. LIPO may be the way to go in weight savings , but i think the extra power in the 12 volts will make up for the weight!
