dougshobbyshop has plans and patterns for the Sterling FS-1 Tri Pacer on the "bay". You might try them for the FS-6 and FS-33 plans/patterns, also. Another source for these plans might...

Based on my experience with the Sterling Stinson, be sure to build in 2 - 3 degrees washout in those wingtips.
