It flies very well. nice and accurate. Light and easy to land well.

Make them from G10 Glass fibre sheet,

Not quite sure what or why you are on about level pass, I was not trying to do one for the camera, just thought it was a nice 'scale' photo.

Anyway we abolished straight pass in comps last year....

The jet guys use a white paint that is amazing at heat insulation, BVM sell it but at a price. Or just make sure you have an air gap.
