i have the high athority tail motor from helihobby. first one lasted 1 flight with 1320 lipos, second one i added 2 diodes and has lasted atleast 15-20 flights and is still goin strong

sounds like your tail motor is dying.The stock tail motors usually burn out rather quickly on them.I had the same thing with my blade, but after about 3 packs it became unflyable.

sounds like your flybar is in wrong. try turning it 1/4 turn, you should be able to do this without unhooking the linkage. from top veiw the flybar should lead the blade while rotating.if not it...

i can afford to fix it easily, just not sure if its worth the bother. ive broken and fixed it many times. I'm thinking of getting a t-rex,or something a little better instead of fixing this one
