i have the high athority tail motor from helihobby. first one lasted 1 flight with 1320 lipos, second one i added 2 diodes and has lasted atleast 15-20 flights and is still goin strong

sounds like your tail motor is dying.The stock tail motors usually burn out rather quickly on them.I had the same thing with my blade, but after about 3 packs it became unflyable.
