RE: PZ Typhoon RTF Electric-Remarks

I too am a seasoned r/c flyer, and I have had 2 servo failures in 6 flights. Yes, the plane is a wonderful out-of-the-box flyer, and a bargain at the price offered, but the servos are CRAP, and...

RE: SEAGULL HARRIER 90...WHO'S GOT ONE?

the recommended throws are very conservative. their low rates are fine for an avistar, but rediculous for this bird. I fly mine with max throws and a lot of expo, and it's gentle as a lamb.

RE: SEAGULL HARRIER 90...WHO'S GOT ONE?

Check the yellow pages for boat graphics. I did a line drawing and they did it in vynal, but they have books with thousands of graphics which they can do in any size and color.

RE: SEAGULL HARRIER 90...WHO'S GOT ONE?

I'm leaving mine sitcker-less. I love the color scheme and the show-off structure. I am, however, going to checkerboard the underside of the wings. Gots ta know top from bottom! Might do a custom...

RE: HARRIER 3D WHAT MOTOR??for cg no weight adding..

I'm picking mine up today. I will be using a Saito 100. The power should be perfect, and I'm guessing that witrh this light engine, it will be slightly tail heavy, which I want for 3D. But it's...

RE: SEAGULL HARRIER 90...WHO'S GOT ONE?

Hey Danny...I'm using the Saito 100. Just guessing but that should make it slightly tail-heavy. We'll compare notes down at Cedar Creek. Matt should have them in soon!

RE: SEAGULL HARRIER 90...WHO'S GOT ONE?

Fredo...I'm far from an expert on the subject, but I think that you've got too much engine for the plane. It's very light weight and an OS 120 is probably overkill. G'day...Alan

A thing of beauty. Are you side mounting your engine, or straight up?

RE: Funtana 90!

Bill, think about it. It's far better to tr-set the landing gear block than to rebuild half the fuse after a rough landing. I'd leave the landing gear alone and not reinforce it with triangle...

The first thing I do when I open the box is to get out the heat gun and shrink the covering. When I took out the Funtana...NOT A WRINKLE. It is so beautifully crafted. I also usually "beef up" the...

RE: Funtana 90!

I'm starting to get a headache from all the engine speculations. Lightening the plane sounds like a good idea to me, but for a different reason. That would allow for considerable beefing up of...
