The implication you are making is that every US company takes the products and re-assembles them replacing problematic items.

In point of fact that is not what happens.

Yup, there's a case in point...

I accidentally put a backordered item on one of my orders.

So I e-mailed them to remove the backordered item, credit the difference and ship out the rest......

They WILL issue credits ( refunds ) for credit card and paypal transactions. The OP did neither...

That's specious... Using the same logic, so is pretty much anything in this hobby.

90% of what we buy comes from Asia anyway.... and U.S. vendors are caught in the middle.

Purchasers would be advised to realize that their "refunds" primarily consist of store credits.

Since I order a bunch of stuff from them, ( two more orders today in fact... ) I've never had...

Yup that's the key, along with a bit of flexibility...

I've ordered a handful of engines from them w/o problems... 26cc, 30cc & 50cc'ers plus a bunch of parts that fit engines I've purchased...
