dump that green fuel, go with red max or morgans Omega 15. The Omega has some castor in it, parts will last then. That Coolpower all synthetic. green in color, is not a good fuel for racing. too dry.

The crank from the fuji is probably too hard to cut so you would have to send it out to a grinder. New bushing made for con rod....Have you measured the stroke and bore to see where the displacement...

Smaller bore would make the crank stronger with a loss in power, I am not sure here, I never tried it. A pressed in pin...I don't know the advantage here unless you feel it is easier to produce.

No way would I want to make even 25 more cranks. I cant make em for cheap. Fun to make a few though.that is the hobby for me.god forbid it turns into a money venture like work. Ack....

I made a few 8mm cranks. Ran them alot. They used a replacable stud. Boring the case to accept it was fun. I plan on making a rear exhaust version someday. I didnt know the p8 has the current record...
