You don't hear asbout these problems with JR or Futaba. Maybe this is isolated but I had something weird happen to me witha optima 7 receiver. Which is still at Hitec and never once a call to me...

Already have the Aura 9 radio and i think it is the tops. Only wish that they had the color Blue screen instead of green. Hard to see in the sunlight! Did have optima 7 receiver go bad on me already....

I have the TF P51 Mustang and that big bird flies the greates. Has a DA50 engine withal of the retracts and flaps. Takes off and lands with no problem.. Altho, I do not recommend it for a beginner.

Searching through the websites I discovered and new and less expensive 2.4 replacement tx module and receivers for a lot less cost. Made by Assan. These fit the older Futaba's and JR's. Some Hitecs....
