True but most if not all the precision parts are milled on a CNC machine. The quality should be "built" in. The only problem with CNC machining is when you have "push off" due to dull bits.

As I stated in an earlier post. I really think the engine seized due to heat. Yes a loose prop may have contributed but only if the engine had a very sudden deceleration or seizure.

To the original Poster. I have not read this entire thread. It is my opinion that the engine seized due to it being too lean. If you watch your video, there is no smoke coming out the exhaust at all....
