Man, I hope we don't need them this year! On the bright side (no pun intended) when we flew last year the planes really showed up well against the snowy mountain backdrop.

Lol we just found out ourselves that is was not working properly. It should be fixed shortly.

For the Southeast Q25 guys I am planning to hold the Polar Pylon event again at Caldwell Aero Modelers the last Saturday of January. I'll post more details later but this will be an SPRA event.

All is fine if RCPRO were doing the races here.
As far as engines go, the Hickory race it is only the .25 FX and APC 8x6. At least thats how I sent in the sanction.

The FX issue is a growing one but we haven't seen a problem with participation just yet. There still seem to be enough FXs in the local hobby shops too. So far I haven't seen the new AX on...

Notchyet, and honestly I don't expect to see it anytime soon. From what I have seen around here everyone is about the same. Those who are in the "also ran" catagory are too lazy or cheap to pony up...

Gary, I found that winding one round of thread into the o-ring groove sealed up the leaks I had.

I'm interested in the thought about the remote needle valve. I've thought a few times about using a Jett remote since the OS needle valves seem to have a small leaking issue.

What are your guys...

Down here when we run a two pole event we have a "no button hook needed" statement. It would require a judge for confirming the turn...

The message is quit worrying and just race what we have. Show that it works, if things need to change then do it when we need to but just get out there and do the thing.
