I think the options are few. If after Lado's current production run they have spares left over AND make them available to current owners perhaps there is hope that way. Probaply the best...

I am sorry to say that I am with you. Though I have not purchased Lado Retracts it is only because I came across this thread after calling several times and emailing more than that...
