Im sorry but hobbyking do not give refunds as far as I can tell, they are forced into it by paypal or credit card company rules, there is a huge difference.

i basically got stung the same, I was allowed (and you still are right now)to order a dle 20 when they know that they will never ship it and was forced into a store credit. Got apoor mans dle 20...
