Threw the cage from a Losi night crawler SE onto my stampede, some sct wheels, and softened up the suspension a whole bunch.

Drives just like a full size stadium truck lifting...

As long as you drill the body mount holes in the right spot for your strike then you will be sorted.

Check out proline rc for body’s, they do some nice ones,...

brushed and remove all electronics other than the motor and solder wires directly...

Theyre not too small, I ran a 35a ezrun 12t (380 internals) in my blitz and it ran just fine, plenty of power for what I wanted.

Bll diff is either wrecked as tbj said or just extremely loose, try tightening the ball diff first before you buy new parts.
