I have a Vailly 190 90" love the plane great flyer and you can put a moki 150 in it . I powered mine with DA 100 and yes it fits in cowl.

www.fourpi.com has reproduced the holy smoke they call it skyfire 40 I have one to replace my now deceased holy smoke looks just like holy smoke on plans .wood seems nice all die cut.

L16 pilot brought the canopy to field to show me and I must say one of best canopies I've seen clarity, thickness, nice crisp frame work all and all great canopy and I would take one for my zero.

Sry must disagree I have been using k 36 and k38 in collision repair industry and on r/c and have never pulled color from the primer when pulling of tape if surface properly prepped .k 36 is great...

I dont have 3 view but can tell you ailerons,elevators & rudders all fabric so dont have to worry about panel lines on them.

I will try and take some pics its tight, totally baffled, my lead is epoxied into the very end of cowl I shaped it to fit outter ring I looked at doing a mount that would move it to same position...

Ironmanx43 mine just took to the air this season I shoehorned a DA 100 into it 37lbs took 3.3 lbs lead in cowl to balance but it a great flyer.

sierra retracts , no not going to weather , not after true scale just want a great flyer that looks good to average person .Invest all the time in scale details might be affraid to fly her. Lol didnt...

hey tfarmer not to change your thread I think you will find DA 85 cylinder to tall to fit inside your vailly 190 cowl however if you want power a DA 100 will fit inside cowl I got proof;) will let...
