Specificly Krylon H2O paint, its water based and cleans up with soap and water and foam safe. I found it at Ace Hardware on the internet myself.

Oh yaaaaaa, thanks for the fast replies and info. I found the krylon H2/0 paint at Ace Hardware. The combo of the reflective film and the flourescent paint will be very nice.
