mAh vs volts

Ok so im wanting to buy a lipo battery for my tt01d with the stock 540 motor and i was wondering if having a high mah makes a difference and what voltage i need for this motor

ok so i took it outside and tried it..wat it was doing is going into reverse at random when id let go of the trigger but not common.. and it doesnt have the actual reverse i can use...

HELP!! :(

Ok so my tamiya tt-01d came in yesterday and i put it together. BUT everything is rather unresponsive. the throttle so to speak will stick at like 1/4 throttle. also the gas is backwords :x

Ok so i just bought the tt-01D off of towerhobbies with the supra body. is it a good buy for a first elec and a first drift car?

Also as far as hop ups, what are good first upgrades?
