its a shame you cant get this plane anymore , seems like the flurry of on line bashes spured interest and sold out all remaining inventory on what appears to be a discontinued plane .

I understand , I buy retracts for two reasons , reduced air flow while flying for both flight and scale appearance and the functional oleos for less wear and tear on the airframe while on the ground...

mechanicals fool you in price , you need oleos or why bother , they will run you in the US about $70 for two , then add a good retracts servo =$30 min , then add the mechanical retracts that will run...

Ok , so if the standard is 16 to 24 oz needed for proper cg , then i would still try to move anything you can forward ,
1)build a battery box on the firewall ,
2)use a 1500 battery =4.4oz up to...

wow , 32oz in any book is scary , I am worried about 14oz on my seafury , I just made up 4 with a bigger battery , moved everything i could forward , 32oz is a concern

I have never had a problem with CJ . All the gear purchased before (check me on these dates ) 2005 , had a bad built in lower strut . It would flex and bend on the slightest pressure . It was hollow...

The $199 version is CMP , I think the $169 one is Flymodels.com , a CMP copy , they make the Hellcat copy and so many others .
The real long build featured by Dyno(whatever ) on the Hellcat is...

hey pete , yes its called star dust , any good train or plastic model center has it . Its made by CMK in the Chek republic .
Available at Mitchells hobby shop in Deleware .

I found this cool stuff at a local train shop called "star dust " no you dont smoke it lol :D
its like having the correct color all ground up ready for smearing . its offered in variuos colors...

Hey Pete , I know that on most CMP planes there are slight manufacturing variances like spaces between bulkheads and fuse , airlerons not matcahing ect ect .
