Bottom line if you get what you ordered and it works HK is a good value, But if there is a problem
they make it diffcult if not impossible to get it worked out. As has already been said it's a crap...

My glasses are just fine thank you, Buy the way a store credit and refund are two totaly different things and if HK wanted to issue a refund they
could simply send him a check.

From a common sense point of view there is no excuse not to refund a customers money when you
are not able to provide what was paid for. To me it's very plain that HK does not provide good cust...
