antenna question?

I like to use a pc of thin plastic tubing inside the fuselage and out the tail to slide my reciever antennae into. An internal installation. Never had any trouble with any planes reception this way...

Safety Tip...

We had a guy cut his finger clean off on a Royal .40 one time. Good thing he was flying with a buddy! Grabbed the finger tip and off to the ER they went!
The engines don't have to be big, do they?

YES! THE HIGLEY BOOKS ARE DEFINITELY THE WAY TO GO.........IF YOU PRACTICE THE EXAMPLES IN HIS BOOK "THERE ARE NO SECRETS" YOU WILL HAVE A GOOD BASE TO START FROM.....AND JUST LIKE THE OTHER GUYS...

My son just got through building the Eclipse. We tried to put an .049 in the nose instead of the electric motor...had to add 2 inches more to the front of the fuse to balance it! Won't fly...too...

A "hollow core door works great for a building surface and you ca n hammer the t-pins right into it while laying up your wing. I've used this method for years with much success. I've tried glass too....

A good fix is to put a pc of plastic(hard ) tubing in-line inside the tank. It acts as a stiffiner and will not let the fuel line flex forward on ya. A pc of plastic push rod works well. If you are...
