you could need to seal it pick up some high temp RTV and seal it up around basically any joint, carb, back plate, just don't do it between the case and the heat sink

I sincerely doubt if your motor is toast so soon...my first one lasted two years and still ran good, but was kinda sloppy and loose, and the idle screw stripped so I finally replaced it with another stock Toki. When you had the head off did you check the piston liner to make sure it lined up properly with the mark?

Hey Heli,
There's a good pic by Buster on page 36 of this thread dated a year ago, but since yours was running decent I doubt if the mark was off. It's an easy check though... I still think that the tiny pick-up on the Chaos fuel tank could be slightly clogged. Last night I ran mine and it wasn't drawing easily. In the past I had tried to clean it out with alcohol and compressed air. It worked, but not great; so I switched it to one that Lugg had sent and it flowed a lot better. The can seemed to hold an idle better so I could lean it out a bit.

RE: SPORTWERKS chaos 1/16 buggy
anyone know of any upgrades???
i want to make a custom exhaust, with 2 exit ports instead of one, would this help performance?
and i saw a pic on this where a guy had mini inferno tims and tires.... Direct fit?
any other alunium parts other then the shocktowers?

They're all a little different it should fire up and run at two and a half to three turns... My first Toki liked three and a quarter; my new one seems to want to run leaner. I'm going to check it with a temp gun. My target is around 220 degrees or slightly less on Blue Thunder 30% Sport.

RE: SPORTWERKS chaos 1/16 buggy
just reinstalled my new motor, seems to be alot better then the last one, have it at 3 1/4 turns out, alittle rich but I am leaving it at that, rather then leaning it out. Temps on my gauge are at about 190 tops
diffs are nice and lubed up with silicone 10,000 fluid and I put small pieces of fuel tubing in the outdrive cups all around, there was to much slack in them which would increase wear, now they are nice and slack free
