Default Mini T Review

I first bought my mini t after christmas in 2005!

I bought it off ebay for 105$ came with a couple of extras

-7cell
-6cell
-4cell
-4 Full sets of tires
-Orian Big block
-Lots of extra parts

I shipped it to my friends aunt so that weekend when he went to the states he could pick it up and bring it back with him... This was a bad move since he did not tell his aunt it was coming when she got it she did not know what to do with it and sent it back

So i talked to the guy that i was ordering and we agreed to ship it over seas to england for 25$ I could not wait till it came.

I remember when i first got it i put it in my living room with the 7cell and wow i was so happy i had my lap top on the floor and i full throttled it right on to the screen and ramped over my friend who was sitting on the floor

What has been done!

I started it when it was preety much stock, since then i have changed it to full aluminum and carbon fiber...

- MxA-3
- Mamba 25
- Hype 6k
- Mamba 8k
- 3cell lipo 1500mah

This thing rolls along around 57mph and the losi gears are holdin up Just Fine! They finaly broke about a month ago and switched to mip cvds and ball diff.

Hints/Review

Hints
Upgrading the gears is the most important thing! You wont regret it... Mip and lois have awsome diffs and if you need help agusting them or puting them in the car let me know i am sure i can help.

Next, You would think the best way to get speed is by upgrading the motor WRONG... Upgrade the battery to ibs or gps, get a 7 cell but the main thing of grtting a 7 cell is you MUST upgrade your batt plugs (This is not from info this is from experiance) i recomend deans. If you are thinking about getting a 8cell dont unless you have upgraded connectors and upgraded electrics.

Review

This is great for on road and dirt use. If you have short grass it may be ok but might need better pack and bigger tires (Trinity mt 15%bigger than stock). Long grass you are going to need the mt tires or some other sort of big tires and having it brushless will help a lot.

RACER OR BASHER
I would put this under racer because it is not the strongest. The ground clerance is ok. This is a great truck if you race it in a mini 2wd catagory. Handles small jumps perfect but bigger ones it might land funney and break something.

Aperance 8.5
Speed out of box 7.0
Handleing high speeds 9.5
Preformance 8.5
Overall = 8.3

I didnt mean spelling, I mean thats a bad rating. Its hard enough to keep it going straight at high speeds, and if an st is 9.5 whats a touring car? The rest is good though, keep up the good work[sm=thumbs_up.gif]

Looks awesome. What radio are you using? The radio that comes with it seems to be completely useless.
