Antenna troubles.
I'm sure I am not the first to have this problem, and I'm positive there is a common fix that I am just not privy too. How do you keep your antenna tube from getting shorter and shorter? Every couple times I roll my MLST my antenna tube snaps at the base. After fishing out the nub left in the antenna hole I have to re-thread the antenna wire. There has to be a better way of rigging the antenna. I was thinking of maybe getting a 3 or 4 inch spring that would fit snuggly around the first few inches of the tube. Maybe that would give the tube some extra strength?

RE: Antenna troubles.
I use the nitro fuel tube to connect the base and the antenna tube. It doesn't break any antenna tube even after roll overs.
