Here's mine. I am thinking about running it on 3s lipo. I just emailed Steve Neu to ask him if it would be OK.

Have you tried to do some front flip 360's. It's the same as a front flip but you turn right when you hit the brakes.
Any vids of this? I wanna see it!

That was last summer when I had my Vendetta ST and it wasn't just a pile of parts.

Whoops, Just noticed Jae already posted my video. Sorry and Thanks.

I am going to make a new video once I get a new spur gear. I'll have onroad tires, a better battery (flightpower... hopefully), and higher gearing. I usually don't strip spur gears, but I just can't get the duratrax spacers right. I either have the wrong pinion (not labeled) or wrong hole. There was just a little too much play when I stripped it. I guess I can try blaming the motor...... Now I drilled a curved slot out of the 3 hole spacer so it is adjustable. I highly recommend it. It gives faster gearing changes and less thinking.

I have that but I still can't get the mesh right. Got it fixed now...

I can't wait until I get it up and running. I'll have to take it out on some dirt. Does anyone with a Neu cover the front holes with electrical tape? Right now I have the rear covered, but haven't done the front yet for some reason. I don't think there is an easer way to cover the holes...

try to use a lock washer for the motor mount... nothing worse than your motor screw backing out,, and since the plate is drilled out.. the motor will move

Speaking of Nikko cars, here is a vid I found made by takedown. Pretty funny if you ask me.

yeah, my video would have had more racing to it if the camera person got a little more creative. I'm almost inclined to build a portable DVR setup using mini CCD wireless cameras in different areas of the track to catch the races. This kinda project would take quite a bit of money and would require me to get to the place ahead of time to setup the cameras. Talking tiny CCD cameras here. I used to work for a place that sold a bunch of them and they seemed to work pretty well. Another problem would be the capture frame rates: All that capturing being done by 1 computer would be UNREAL amount of raw video to store and process....Maybe I'll pass on the DVR idea.

Yea, are you going to try to get someone to film you at a race soon. I would love to watch a couple of the heats you are in.

Would love to, but I have no idea when it'll be. There is a place 2 hours from here that races every Saturday evening but I'm not sure on their turn outs of people with mini's. I was racing in the local novice open class because it was the only other class than 1/8 scale advanced truggy. I'd drive a 2 hours to find a good turnout of mini's though, I'll ask on their forums and see if they have people bringing them.

Need some people with mini's to come out to arkansas...it's less redneck than you think!!!

LOL, yea i wish i could say that about West Virginia. I live in the country only because i like not having neighbors but i grew up in the city. I guess there is not too many rednecks left here either. It is mostly the really old people. I wish i could just visit everyone of the racers on here and race with everyone. I would have to drive up to Pittsburg to find a race track and then like you i have no idea what the mini scene is. They have a few big track down in Parkersburg where i am from but they all race the 1/8 scale buggies and trucks. But i figure if i lived down there i would be running what ever everyone else is running because i just love to race.

Is there a local club around where you live? Maybe go to the closest city and organize with a hobby shop if there are enough people to build a track.

I think there needs to be a host website for RC videos that has good quality playback for those videos that are shot at high/higher resolutions.

Oh an update on my charger: I called hobby services yesterday and was about to give them a piece of my mind and tell them to send back my charger as is so I can return it for a refund b/c it was defective. Well when I called them they said they had already invoiced and mailed my NEW charger. I guess they were only backordered for 1 day. But make no mistake, if this one fails to work it's going back to tower and I'm finding a better one.

If you get a different charger, look into the TP 610C.
