i need a input gear for the rc18
i just sold my car and the input gear is messed up and my hobbyshop dosnt have it is their any mini car that has the same piece. that i can interchange. please

Yeah, it's the little gear on the end of the drive shaft, the one that has contact with the diff gear. http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXJHM8&P=M I guess you could call it the diff pinion...

Given the vagueness of his post, I figured asking couldn't hurt. You and I might think it's the diff input gear, but who knows! Better to be sure than to give the poor guy the completely wrong advice.
