The .010 were introduced in the early 60's I think.
First discontinued about 1979, red tank and clear plastic box package.
Then reintroduced in the black cardboard box, then discontinued again
about 1985 (?) (Black tank by then).
Back in production again now, after Estes bought them.

Why the .010 and not the .020 is a complete mystery to me.
