RE: CheapDelta is BACK!!
Hi CRAZY HERB! You aren't related to another guy I know, LOCO WEED? What is there not to like about your creation, CHEAP DELTA?! I get a rush of endorphines and adrenalin when I say CHEAP DELTA over and over! Thanks for contributing the plans for all to have and behold, honor and cherish, maybe we could start a new forum about CHEAP RC? Maybe that's what the SPAD forum already is? Keep up the good work!

Crazy, I hope herbs have nothing to do with some of the designs you do but if they do will you please send me some. I have saved your site to my favorites list and will be checking in often. And thanks for sharing. Cool planes

RE: CheapDelta is BACK!!
Uh oh...
Now look at what I gone and done!!!
Just tonight....after a couple hours of dorking around....
CheapDelta got retired and his little brother stepped in to use his motor and tank!!
The little rascal!!
Span - 30 in
Lenght - 17 in
Engine - Norvel .061 (non throttle)
Tank - 2 oz dubro
Fully covered in clear packing tape.
Motor mount installed. Elevons Hinged.
You guys got me craving a little lunch time 1/2A goofin off...
I've changed the leading edge shape a bit...trimmed up the fin....swept it back a little to give it a "faster" look...
I'm planning on using HS-81's instead of the full sized servos in the original...
and 350 mah pack instead of the standard 600 mah...
Smaller...lighter....sharper airfoil...
Sitting at 7 oz bare airframe....just add engine, two servos, linkages, tank, and 350 mah battery...
Woo hoo!
I'll have to find a camera person for the maiden!!
Enjoy!
FULL SIZED images are on my web site...under CheapDelta.
