Default edgeling flies great!

Hi, got an edgeling kit from matchless. started it wed. at 1 p.m., flew it this morning. hovers at way less than 1/2 throttle. talk about fun! using 074, 7-3 mas, 2 oz. hayes tank, 350 nimh battery, slimline 8 receiver,hs-55 servos. 15 oz. with wheels and an exhaust deflector and monokote metallic covering. will post pics as soon as I get some!

Nice Fred, Would love to see some pics. 15oz sounds closer to reality than some of the 13oz planes match has built. You really have to be aware of every gram to get into the 13oz range. My HW is approaching 18oz due to several alterations and crash repairs and it still flys great w/ the .074. 7x3 and 30% nitro are the magic numbers for me. How well did the kit go together for you? I'm going to have to get one of these planes. Good luck and let's dee some pics.
