It appears that the porn community is trying to take over over 1/2A Group on MSN; today's weekly report shows 5 new messages all of them with porn origins....so sad[]

Yeah I saw that too! I don't even bother checking out the site anymore. Same thing happened to a fishing report board I used to keep up with! It got so bad that we decided to just shut it down.[]

I originally set up the group so that people had to get approval before posting a message, but then some complained, so I set it to allow anyone to post a message. I try to go in and delete all the spam and ban anyone who posts it, but it can be hard to keep up. I don't see the messages there now though.

Bipe, I understand how keeping up with all the spam can be frustrating! The guy who ran the fishing report board said it was getting to be a full time job and he just got tired of it. Nobody else wanted to take over the position either so, that was the end of it after only a couple of years. It was a nice site to go to at first! I don't know from under what rock these spammer people come from, but they suck, and it's a shame because all we wanted to do was talk fishing and see what was happening on the coast![]
