its Mod 1 think I posted in the thread you should look at the OFNA SC10 pinions seeing those would work EZ.
yep, i looked up the blue grove converion just now and its mod 1. that may present a problem. only mod 1 pinions i can find on ebay are 5mm shaft, larger than the vxl motors shaft. i do have a 9xl brushless motor which has a 5mm shaft, but its lower kv and may not be fast enough on 3s. and i dont have a esc that will handle 4s.
like I said ofna SC10 pinions are mod1 and 3.2mm's (I think)
I use em on a 1/10th EZ-run motor on my Jammin.5 CRT which is mod 1
please check this ebay link for me. it says its ofna, and its 3mm shaft. but i dont know for sure if its mod1

OFN21316 is the mod1 11t 3mm pinion
OFN21314 12t
OFN21315 13t
OFN21306 14t
OFN21311 15t
OFN21312 16t
Looks like ofna pulled part #'s out of their ass looking at them (part #'s are from amainhobbies)
The one you linked I checked 4 hoby shops and can't find its pitch info they all say the same exact info that is in the auction
