Since you said you wanted an easy flyer, slow going I can certainly recommend the BalsaUSA 1/4 Sopwith Pup if you are looking for a biplane. Straight forward build by a very reputable kit manufactuer. I've built their Pup and DR-1 Triplane. The Pup is relatively easy to transport since any wire bracing you do is just for looks.
