Terry uses Elmers Ultimate Polyurethane glue. It will foam through the CF tissue and bond. He uses a foam roller to put the glue on.

Joe, I know he uses PU, just wondering how (or if) to modify the glue-rolling procedure for epoxy with the 0.2 oz CF layer.
I am also vac bagging, so that is going to be different also. Just incorporating various techniques to fit my circumstances.
