Default Replacement for OS.91 -2s/4s?

I have an OS.91 2s in a superHots that is getting worn out, plus I am having spacing and weight problems. In a nut shell, I want an engine that does not have a remote needle and runs good on 15% fuel.

We have limited fuel sources and I don't want to have to keep more than one kind of fuel. So to the best I can figure this leaves out MVVS and Irvin which are both meant to run on low nitro fuel.

I had great hopes for the Irvin .72 until I found out about the fuel. I would really like something in the 70's. size range. anybody got a motor to suggest I can look into. How about a Tower Hobbies .75 with a aftermarket carburator?

Also if anyone has had both, I'd like a power/performance comparison between the 2s OS91 and the 4s Saito 100. thanks.
