Hey Chief - No fear. Take a look at my Intruder # 1, then the re-building process. This should make you feel good, not to have this much damage. High speed stall at low altitude, downwind turn on final, straight down. I have since retired this one. If you are using 2.4 radio, make sure you have a 6V rx battery pack on board.
