Not true. The 4FY is not the same as the other radios. It is a trainer box and not listed in any of the Futaba / 8FG trainer compatibility documentation. And the FUTM4405 cable has a converter mid-cable. It looks like a switching power supply and other stuff for the level shifting. Maybe you could answer if the 4YU has the same PPM signal as the 8FG and is compatible with the FASST PPM pulse stream. Futaba is releasing a new FUTM4376 4-channel trainer box in December that is supposed to be compatible with the their 2.4GHz radios. Why is that? Why not list the 4FY? Why is the 4FY omitted from their compatibility lists. Not all Futaba radios are compatible (regard less of cables) with the 8FG. That's why I ask.
