I have decided that as I grow more mature (read older [sm=49_49.gif]) my flying skills have diminished and that since I can't fly as well as I would like [sm=spinnyeyes.gif], I decided to try my hand at designing. Attached are a few photos of my own design 2 meter pattern plane. Wing area is 1054 sq. inches, span is 76 inches and length is 76 inches. Power is OS 160 with Lorenz header and ES Designs carbon pipe. Flying weight is 10 lbs and 14 oz. I have approximately 35 flights on it. I have a version 2 I will start over the winter which will incorporate changes I want to make to the plane (length, wing area, weight reduction diet, etc.).
