Looking at the specs provided by Tower Hobby on the Hobbistar, it has an OS 60 LA engine. These are not the most powerful of the 60 size engines.

It all really depends on how you intend to fly the Super Stick. Since the minimum size engine recommended for this plane is the .60, the OS 60 LA will give you basic performance, that is, it may not hover if that's your intent, and won't give you great vertical performance. But, it will fly ok.

If you want to hover with it.. well, go to the larger end size engine in the engine choices recommended for the Super Stick.

The servos should be fine.
