Dear all

The failure was found. It is a not tested and modified, or complete wrong, gear mounting plate.
Will see what SM is doing now.
Thanks to all who read my former mail and tried to help me.

A colleague of mine built off his working gear and then we are able to compare those gears. On the left picture the working gear, right the non working gear.
