Bill is VERY hard to get ahold of. 

Last year it took me 8 months to get a refund.  In the end, he did send ALL my money back, so I do not think he is out to rip anybody off. 

I think he is honest, but in over his head with this internet business he has.  I do not know anything about why he is not more present to his customers, or what elese he does with his time, but I agree with Tanque, he is shooting his self in the foot by not communicating with his clients.  Other tank part vendors e-mail me back and forth through out the order process untill I confirm the parts are in my hand.  It makes sending a money order to some address I never heard of before last week, less stressfull.  I have money in the mail right now to a new vendor and he has sent me several lines of communication about the statius of my order.

Bill, if you read this I am sorry for the harsh words I left on your voice mail.  Too bad that is what it took to get my refund.
