I'm finishing up the repair on my ShowTime 50. It's time to set the control throws. The (downloaded)manual gives low and high rates for the plane - but this plane is intended for 3D stuff - thinking that 45 degrees on the rudder is a tad over the top for pattern flying.

Where would you suggest initially setting the throws (angles work for me) for doing pattern maneuvers?
