Greg, as of this morning, 07:30 local time, Mr Oates has not given me the courtesy of a reply. That's 10 hours ago that the email was sent to all 3 of his listed addresses, with the subject line that should have gotten immediate attention. Plus he knows me. I know for a fact he was on line.

I have now advised Hal to open a dispute with his payment company, as time is rapidly running out to do that.

I will keep you advised as to the progress on this problem.
