As I said, I do not condone this behavior or practice one bit. There seems to be a growing number of these complaints ,so action is called for.<div> i was a loyal customer to Bill for as long as I have been in this hobby ,but can no longer support RCC . I have made every , what  I consider, reasonable attempt to contact them as well and have received no reply. 1 email,1 phone call , and 1 PM on this forum. I consider this to be reasonable attempts for contact. It should not take more than that for any business to reply to an inquiry.</div>
