I agree with John in that "wooden airframe is a living and breathing" in that the wood will change as it ages. But again that means enough time and treatement is not given to the wood to do whatever curing it wants to do. I do accept a bit of sagging due to this effect but not the wrinkling I have seen; that is the effect of improper workmanship
