After you make sure that the ailerons are not binding, try moving the CG back. Although the manual lists the preferred CG as 25 mm back from the leading edge, I typically fly with it back 31 +/- mm and the seawind is still pretty docile. Landings become easier too. Others go as far back as the support spar.
