Gently pull the conrod off the crank with a pair of needle nose pliers and then slide the sleeve, piston and rod out of the top of the block. As for the crank, it's not going anywhere unless you have the flywheel removed. Once the flywheel is removed, push on the shaft and the crank should back out through the block.
